Alisha Hendrix is the Founder of TNT Group Inc. a corporation established in 2020 that umbrellas TNT Behavioral Health Services and TNT Recovery House.

Alisha first discovered her passion for mental health over 15 years ago when she Co-Founded a nonprofit organization created to empower and mentor pregnant and parenting teen girls. She later self-funded a residential group home that housed young mothers and their children. While working with these young mothers she discovered that they lacked the mental health needed to overcome such challenges that come with becoming mothers at early ages. Later on Alisha went on to open her first mental health agency in 2008 that provided an array of mental health counseling services and resources within the community she lived.

Being an entrepreneur for over 15 years and an owner of several small businesses, Alisha now has the time to pursue her dream of becoming a Doctor of Psychology, with emphasis in Behavioral Health and Analysis at Purdue University. She also continues to educate herself by taking a variety of certification courses in mental health and attending workshops and seminars across the globe.

Alisha is a wife of over 23 years and a mother to 3 beautiful daughters ages 25, 18 and 11 and her Angel “Alyssa Grace”. In her free time, she loves having mommy-daughter dates with her daughter, watching a good sporting event with her husband or brunch with the ladies.
